I had a f ew listing i sent to Sean who arranged showings for me. While at the first one I mentioned to him how one I was really interest had been snatched up. He was able to look it up while while we were viewing the first listing and discovered it was placed back on the market an hour or so ago and arranged for us to immediately be able to view it. Made an offer and Sean worked his magic and next thing I knew I was a home owner again. Sean coordinated all the inspections and even managed to get the lifetime warranties for the windows transferred.
