“We visited The Dog Man today after adopting a 3 year old pug mix last weekend. The new addition to our family was really in need of training - especially for walking with a leash - she's been so out of control (or I should say IN CONTROL) on the leash, that my back has been hurting. Within 3 minutes, we watched our dog transform before our eyes. We left with the necessary tools and training (for the dog and us) which is life changing for us with this new addition in our home!!! The fee would be worth it - even if for just that one visit!!!!“
“My boy loves this place! Sharon, Abby and her staff! He loves the fur friends he plays with and enjoys his daycare sessions. The entire staff and owner are wonderful and very kind. I was very nervous about my boy being in daycare first couple weeks because he’s large breed and loves everyone (even those that don’t love him due to his intimidating size). But he fit right in and staff sent me pics of him which was so calming and reassuring. Love that little extra touch of comfort knowing your fur baby is safe and thriving in good hands while at work. It’s things like that which makes Classy Canine a notch above others. You can tell they love the dogs and what they do. This is exactly the type of small business I enjoy supporting . Clean establishment and very secure fenced yard for playing and individual private kennels in climate controlled environment to escape the summer heat. Thank you Classy Canine!“
“My 16 year old Pekingese Zeus had a large hanging cyst behind his right knee which was bothering him. I brought him to Animal Medical Clinic recommended to me by my son who said they were wonderful with his pup. They treated us very enthusiastically and despite his age said that he should handle the anesthesia and surgery well. They would keep a careful eye on him. Scheduled surgery for 5 days later. Zeus had already bonded with everyone in the office. Dropped him off and 4 hours later they called for me to pick him up. He recovered fast and healed very fast. I am so satisfied with the results and so is Zeus. I would highly recommend this Vet practice.“
“Dr. And techs are so efficient and friendly. Feel si comfortable going to this clinic!“
“I absolutely loved the attention and care this entire team provided me and my new puppy. the staff is not only extremely knowledgeable but they immediately treated us as if we were apart of their family. I will continue to bring all of our family pets to this clinic. I promise, the service and personal attention provided by this incredible staff is unmatched ♥️ 1000000000000 thumbs up for this amazing team!“
“My pets have been clients of My Pet's Animal Hospital for over 25 years. Best care you'll find. Many surgeries on multiple dogs of mine and have had the best outcome at lower cost than most Vets. ?“
“We are so lucky to have had our training here. It is nearly impossible to treat a dalmation to a service dog level, and Shelly was able to do the trick. They are dedicated to their craft and have way more than 20 years of experience as being leading wheelchair guide dog trainers. This is the power couple of dog training and we’re fortunate that they are within driving distance to us. We are now getting our second dog trained here and we are so thankful that we can send Dali back as well for unlimited refreshing. Our dalmation still recalls a lot of her training even two years our and naturally does this!I don’t think there’s anyone more qualified in this area with a quality or experience they have. Don’t look anywhere else for your service dog training seriously.“
“I've been coming here for a number of years. Dr Stansbury is a cordial and very likeable doctor who has a knack with animals. The staff is great and they seem to know every animal that comes into the office. The only downside to this vet (and I'd suspect all of them too) is the phone service. Sometimes they get very busy and you have to wait a bit.“
“Always been very happy with their service but this past week we boarded our cats for about a week we came back were told that one of our cats had diarrhea. About 3 days prior The problem is they didn't even bother to clean her up she still had poop all over her tail and her legs I feel like they could have at least wiped her off with a wet nap very unhappy.
They should treat animals that they've been entrusted with better than that
After I posted this review Cleveland Heights got in touch
Us and apologized and comped our cats stay
We appreciate the customer service“
“Dr Lee and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are the nicest, gentlest, most honest vet around. He treats both the animal and the human in a way because he is so caring and takes time to answer questions that come up but also truly loves the animals as if they were his own. 10/10 would recommend Dr Lee and his staff.“
“I was a new patient for them. Just a few visits. But this week I had to lay my Ride or Die Himalayan down. They were so kind and compassionate during a process that no one ever wants to do. I highly recommend Dr. Bennett!!!!“
“We took our fairly-recently adopted, approx. 1 year old terrier-mix 'Norman' to John K9's 3 week residential program recently and are so happy that we did! Prior to the program he was displaying typical young dog behaviors based on energy that we couldn't control as well as some 'hang overs' from his life before joining us. We first signed up with a different highly rated local trainer with many years experience - it was a total disaster within 5 minutes of meeting. We were shocked and felt really let down. Fortunately, a friend had recently completed the residential program at John K9 with her dog and it had gone extremely well - so we set up a 'meet and greet' with John. Everything about the experience was different - John is a true professional, incredibly experienced and knowledgeable and took time to get to know us and Norman - he made excellent recommendations without any pressure, very easy to talk to. The facility is fantastic and clearly very well run. Everything about the meet n greet told us John loves dogs and wants every dog to live a great a life with their family - which requires a trained dog! We dropped Norman off as a bundle of uncontained energy and picked him up a little over 3 weeks later a very different dog! His trainer Ash was in contact with us throughout the 3 weeks giving us updates and sharing photos - we appreciated it enormously. They are very responsive to queries etc. At pick-up the family spends about 90 minutes with the trainer and dog to learn everything the dog has learned. Ash was amazing in how she conveyed to us what we needed to know - it was a very hands-on experience but she also explained everything in a way we each could understand, including correct use of the e-collar (something we were nervous about). She had gotten to know Norman so well. She was very patient and thoughtful with us and as result we left feeling confident. Since being home Norman is a different dog - he knows about 10 commands and usually (75% of the time) follows them without any use of the e-collar - but we know how to effectively use the e-collar when necessary and it makes all the difference. He is generally much calmer (even without commands) but still has has his crazy cute personality and habits which we love (he's a love bug). The commands are clutch. For example, we've used 'leave it' twice in a couple of days - first day he picked up a lump of dried-up poop in his mouth we used the command with a hand clap, he didn't drop it so we tapped the e-collar (low level) once and he dropped it immediately. Then the 2nd day he dropped it (half a dead lizard) the moment we said 'leave it' with just a hand clap. We feel more much relaxed as we can control him effectively now! John K9 offers lifetime follow up sessions at no charge - so we can go back for 'top up' training at anytime - which offers us a lot of peace of mind. We are very grateful to John and to Ash for their dedication to dogs and dogs' families. This has been a game changer for us and Norman!“
