Super caring and friendly office staff. Especially Emily. I called all over lakeland and they had the soonest availability. The vet was very nice and put me at ease regarding the reason for our visit. Happy to have found this clinic!
Dr Monterey is wonderful. We are new to the practice, but we are confident that our dog is well cared for there. The front office staff are kind, professional, and empathetic to worried fur parents. 5 stars, highly recommend.
So happy we switched to New Life! We took three different dogs there, at different times within a short period.They each had different serious problems and everyone was wonderful. They knew how to handle them and were compassionate and kind. Office and Vet Techs are fantastic and knowledgeable. Prices are extremely reasonable. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
