“Transitions Wellness is truly a special place. Everything they do is with purpose, and it’s directed towards the benefit/healing of others. They offer a sensory deprivation ROOM(not tank) that allows you to enter a deep meditative state and its a great way to relieve stress. Highly recommend that if you’re looking for something very transformative. They also have an infrared sauna/ plunge which is great for muscle recovery! I’ve also tried their hyperbaric oxygen chamber which got me literally “high” on oxygen! Super good stuff, I look forward to all of my future experiences here at Transitions!“

“I had a deep tissue massage with Harmony Derby. She is an exceptionally skilled masseuse, finds all the trigger points, and has an overall perceptive sensibility about the body and what one needs. She is a very professional in all domains, and also a great communicator. This was my first time with her (and also at the clinic), and it most definitely will not be my last. I plan to return to see her specifically when I’m in town. Thanks to her for a most excellent therapeutic massage. Lastly, the clinic is clean and neat which I very much appreciate.“

I approached Nelly with many questions and went over exactly what type of skin I have as well as going over products that I should and shouldn't be using to cleanse my face with. The experience was incredible. From the moment I walked in to the time I left. I mean Nelly even walked me to my car with her umbrella because it was flooding outside. I have previously had a very hard time with receiving facials because they would be too much for my skin, really uncomfortable, or even harmful with too many chemicals or fake scents.
