I have been doing the sauna and plunge for several months now and all my aches and pains are gone. I can't say enough about how amazing this place is. I would recommend Transitions to anyone interested in overall wellness and relaxation

WOW WOW WOW!!!! Blown away by Lou and this amazing place! I attended a birthday event over the weekend, and let me just say if you’re looking for the perfect relaxing, rejuvenating day for any event this is THE PLACE TO BOOK! From the minute I walked in, I felt the most calming, wonderful feelings. Above and beyond exceptional service. They had decorated the entire facility, provided food, beverages, and a beautiful cake! We got to experience all that Transitions has to offer while having the place to ourselves to really celebrate and relax with each other.
