Mark and Noeli and team literally scientifically showed the source and flow of water through the concrete (moisture testing), which convinced the association it was indeed a deferred roof maintenance issue and that they needed to fix the roof (and they did)—and I have had no moisture issue since. Again, highly professional, courteous (delightful) and responsive team for mold/water remediation needs. I cannot speak more highly of their work.“
