I want to take a moment to share my appreciation for Morgan. My daughter Lexi works with her, and I recently had surgery on October 21st. My daughter couldn’t be there with me, but she asked Morgan who happened to be working at the surgery center that day to please keep an eye on me because I was very nervous.
Even though I had only met Morgan once before during an office visit, she went out of her way to check on me whenever she could. She took the time to reassure me that everything would be okay, and her kindness and calm demeanor truly helped ease my anxiety. When I woke up from surgery, hers was the first voice I heard, and that made all the difference.
I had my second surgery on October 28th, and Morgan wasn’t there that day. Even though I had already gone through the process once, I found myself much more nervous and I honestly think it was because Morgan made that much of a difference the first time.
Morgan didn’t have to do any of this, but she went above and beyond for someone she barely knew. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care meant the world to me, and I’ll never forget it. Thanks Morgan ?
