Shatto Heating and Air replaced a Clean Air Effects head on our Trane Unit today and spent the time to reset old error messages that had been left on the system by the former company that installed the unit. It was a very challenging situation but the Technician Roy, whom was sent by the owner took his time and problem solved all issues textbook style to accurately remediate the source codes and he removed the old error codes; consequently our system runs efficiently as it was designed to do by the manufacturer Trane.
