“I called Dykes Pump Service at around 5:30pm on a SUNDAY!! and Vince was here within the half hour (and done within the hour!). I just love out little towns and the businesses we have here! Vince was so very kind, and personable. He had everything with him to fix our pump - no having to order and come back! AWESOME! - we had to have a hp control box, 40/60 pressure switch, oil fill gauge, wire and carflex with carflex fittings. The service was the best it ever could be, and I have nothing but good things to share. This business is a husband-and-wife team, please consider using them if you ever need anything done! and you can call just to ask a question and get answers over the phone! He will help you in any way get what you need done with your well! He will not leave without making sure you know everything he did and he explains everything to you as he is doing the work. “HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Clint saved the day! Not only was he quick to respond to my request, he jumped through all of the warranty hoops by calling the manufacturer and talking so someone directly instead of taking a simple "no" at face value from their website...only to find out that it was still covered! He was able to repair my mom's AC the same day and charged a VERY fair price. The first ac company i called simply keyed in the serial number online and accepted a "no" right off the bat so they could up charge their already ridiculously high quote.
