I had a great experience with Sean as my realtor. We were looking at a specific area for a few months and Sean helped me look and assess several different properties. He always had an answer or was able to find an answer very quickly. Every deal has issues, it's important to have a realtor who can handle them when they come up. Sean is a problem solver. He went above and beyond to help with every aspect of finding and purchasing the property. I have been trying to move from North Carolina to my home state of Florida for over a year. My boyfriend lives in Key West so that was my ideal choice. Even though I’m a military retiree and the prices of property in Key West are extremely expensive, Sean worked with me to find a reasonable place to live after exhaustive searching.
