Several of our friends worked with Bascom during their home purchases, so we knew he was good, but we were blown away by just how good he really is. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. If we had questions at 6 am, he was there. If we had questions at 11 pm, he was there. Morning, noon, and night, he was available for whatever we needed. As first-time homebuyers, the entire process was overwhelming...at first.
