The front desk was friendly this morning and Eloise the nurse was also. Rebecca Green PA was awesome too! But when I got to scheduling everything changed ! I made an appointing appointment to figure out my work schedule lady was very unfriendly and also one next to her made rude comments! Not everyone can just pick an appointment immediately! I had to find a ride! I asked about Hosp transport she said we don't do that! When i scheduled they gave me Baptist hospital in Palm Beach Gardens! She was mad!!!How do I know where they go! Finally j got an appointment for Jupiter outpatient! They were rude! I would cancel app and go somewhere else but I probably won't. My ride comes from PSL and for further reference they need to be nicer and explain to patients before just scheduling!!!! Customer service brings the patients and I won't refer ever. Thank you for a disappointing appointment!!!

I was scheduled with a ARNP instead of Dr Soyka. The ARNP did not appear knowledgeable about my stomach condition, and was too busy taking notes, and failed to properly perform an exam. After completing the intake forms, and telling the ARNP which Pharmacy I used, they prescription were still sent to the wrong Pharmacy, multiple times. I see this as a Red Flag, and I will not be returning for further care.

I had an appointment with M.Gomez. I received excellent care and information. She recommended a prescription and a surgical test. I was told the pharmacy would receive the prescription by the front desk. It took them almost a week with daily calls for them to send it. I told them I had to figure a time for the test since I needed to be driven. They scheduled the test before I could find a ride without telling me and when I called and sent MANY MESSAGES got back to me almost FOUR MONTHS later. I would recommend the Dr's, except with the lack of professionalism by the front office if you need immediate care I would CAUTION you not to. The only reason I didn't report them to insurance is because of M.Gomez. I am having difficulty rating this since her information was so valuable, but because of the lax conditions up front have to give it one star only. M. Gomez would get 5 stars if her staff did better it would be posted that way
