I’ve seen a few doctors at the PGA location and they have been ok. The best, Dr Pattem, left for another practice. The office staff is less than great. Just be careful with your insurance, especially CIGNA as their credentials and billing is very screwed up. I didn’t get billed at all for one visit in March, which means I can’t use my FSA for the copay. My new primary care physician I’ve been seeing most of the year, isn’t even listed as a primary care doctor with CIGNA because of paperwork issues, so they’ve been charging me the specialist rate, AND when you call the office and the billing center, you get a major run around and incorrect answers.
