For four years, whether for maintenance or service calls, they have always been available within 24 hours, many times same day. A Scott Air business card was left, saying they stopped by on their way home; the service tech was still in the area and came back to make the repair. This is customer service! There is a place to give 10 stars! Scott Air and their customer service left one customer happy and satisfied. When the AC goes down, it's stressful; a central air system was 16+ years old and basically dead. They came out on time and determined it was time to replace the whole thing. They had a very competitive quote in 15 minutes during that same visit. An hour later, they had financing approved right on the phone. 30 minutes after that, they scheduled the install of the new system for the next day. Their techs were right on it, knew exactly what they were doing, and even fixed a few things not up to snuff from the original install. Three hours later, they were done. It was smooth, hassle-free, and straight forward. Now the place is cool and comfortable and it wasn't stressful at all. Scott Air is awesome!
