Dustin showed up way earlier than anticipated today! After explaining what was happening with my system, he walked me through where he thought the problem most likely was. Sure enough, the new thermostats I installed many months ago were not programmed for heating (who needs heat in Florida summer..i never checked for heat), thus the problem of why my heat wasn't coming on. He took the time to walk me through the outside unit and the inside one and gave me some pointers to look out for. He wasn't rushed to get done with my system so he could get to his next client. I appreciate all the security protocols in advance of the tech's visit. The tech who came to our house, Garret was just outstanding. He patiently explained how J&W operates. He answered all my questions in a manner that gave me confidence in his knowledge and competence. Super experience! Glad I called J&W.

Fantastic experience from the start! Completely blown away by the customer experience that felt like family. The information given didn’t feel like a sales pitch; it felt honest and transparent. I appreciate this company already and haven’t even had them service my a/c unit yet. First impressions say a lot, and I’m glad I called them already.
