CHANGED FROM 2 STARS TO 4. I had rated them a 2 due to the service I received from the staff, however, Dr. Schmidt has been totally awesome to me and my kitty Kiwi so I've changed it to 4 stars. I do hope they can find out what's wrong with him soon though and that it will be treatable.
The staff and doctors are very attentive and answered all questions. They gave us all the options and cost information and helped us make good treatment choices. We are very surprised to hear that anyone experienced anything less than excellent care for their furry family members.
Over the years, our dog Rufus received such kind, attentive, specialized care from NFVS. Rufus had multiple illnesses and special needs; Dr. Schmidt and staff did so much to keep Rufus healthy and comfortable. I was always informed of everything, including cost, and Dr. Schmidt was always willing to answer questions/concerns. Compassionate and very helpful!
