Visited as an out of state patient.Our 8 month old puppy had been attacked and bitten by a pit bull.Blue Pearl did a great job to make sure our puppy was safe and to prescribe meds for his recovery. Thank you !!!
We've got to admit that the Blue Pearl location in Jacksonville (FL) saved our dachshund, Cosmo, from dying. It was on a Sunday when we took him in. Dr. Martinez and his assistants communicated to us what needed to be done to keep him alive. Initially, Dr. Martinez recommended at least an overnight stay, but we couldn't afford that so we asked if they could do the minimum possible to send him home with meds after administering the medicine necessary pending a visit to Cosmo's regular vet. Although it was still rather expensive to do what was minimal to send Cosmo home that day, we were charged a fraction of the initial cost. Blue Pearl did a fabulous job. Staff is amazing and caring and I know they are handling so much stress with the utmost care for peoples family members. They were so informative and kind. You can trust your pets are in good hands here.
