“Donald and staff are very pleasant. The frames are lovely. The exam is very unique with a hands on person, a telehealth examiner conducting the vision testing, and a telehealth physician to go over test results and answer questions. Donald explained that this system helps a patient has many physicians available during the time of visit instead of waiting for an in-house doctor. New technology allows for more flexibility. I can't wait to try my new prescription :)“

While I have no issues other than age related changes, I was not processed as a case yet as a person. Efficient, Walked me through the test with advance notice of the bright lights and air puffs. Ruby in the Glasses and Lense department was EXCEPTIONAL. She is very organized and new exactly what to do with my insurance to get the best lenses for my TWO PAIRS of glasses. “I really appreciated the time and care they took with me. I arrived to see if I could get some new glasses. I didn't have an appt but they escorted me to the back room to look at a variety of frames and speak with the optomotrist. I found a fantastic pair of frames; then she figured out how my progressives should work and be fitted. She even figured out that my last pair of glasses were slightly off and not helping me in my daily needs. (I'm new to wearing glasses so I thought the readjustments and difficulties were just part of the plight of glass wearers) She explained the fit and placement wasn't right and will correct it on the glasses I'm ordering from her. I can't wait to get my new glasses and appreciate the care.“

In the prep room the tech was very informative, cleaned The optical machines prior to me using them. She was so very nice. I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Hanna. He explained everything along the way and why he felt I was having so much difficulty with the current glasses. Greg helped me get my new prescription taken care of & treated me like royalty. “Wonderful experience! I lost my glasses on a Friday night while my usual eye Dr was closed for the weekend. Stanton Optical was able to get me in for an updated eye exam and help me chose the best frames for my face from the massive pile I had accumulated and was torn between (Thanks Christian, you gave fantastic advice!) I was able to walk out of the store with a new pair of glasses same day on a Saturday instead of having to wait until Tuesday to be seen and then over a week for a pair to be ordered and arrive at my usual place.Everyone was pleasant and helpful and Brian went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my choices and my prescription was just right. I’m very happy with my experience and would recommend Stanton Optical to anyone, especially if you need an emergency pair of glasses like I did.“
