We were in such a pickle and one of my last attempts was calling Eternity Funeral Home. I left an unfair message on there, but Michelle called me right away and was kind and forgiving.Michelle spent almost 40 minutes with me asking me questions about a loved one. She was respectful and caring and I am looking forward to meeting her in person.

We live in upstate NY. 2 weeks ago, our youngest daughter passed away suddenly. I can't tell you how kind and competent Michelle and her staff were. They took care of everything for us, even shipping the cremains up to NY so she can rest with our entire family here. You can't find any better service in all of Jacksonville.

Nicole and the staff at Eternity went above and beyond to take care of our loved one under particularly difficult circumstances. We are in Illinois and all of the paperwork and cremation arrangements were done with kindness and care. Nicole walked us through all the steps necessary to get my husband's cremains back home to his daughter. We will be forever grateful. Thank you! The family of Brian Lee Buck
