“They were very nice. The home exit and transport representative was very professional and kind. I would only suggest that they create a series of emails outlining the status of cremation and Urn progress. In hectic times, many products do this to alert of shipping status. I would have welcomed specific details about timing and ETA and/or notice for pick up.“

“Our experience with them was great considering the circumstances. Robert was our director and knows the business. Everything went as planned and as we were told it would. No pressure sales, no confusion and all our questions were answered promptly. We used their facility for the viewing and the service. Very professional and compassionate. Only drawback is they don't have a limo for the family to follow behind the hearse. We used River Place Limo for that. Don't sign a contract until you talk with these folks.“
