“Intake staff were very kind, as my rescue dog has severe separation anxiety. They also gave me very helpful advice about what to watch as he recovered from the procedure. The bill was explained in advance, and the final bill was $40 less than the initial estimate. Everyone at this clinic is kind, courteous, and compassionate. They treat each of my fosters with a consideration that is much appreciated. Update: they helped me without an appointment and charges were minimal for injections and multiple Rx required to treat my senior rescue dog’s ‘surprise’ infection.“

“This clinic was very reasonable, and friendly. The inside is also cute and clean. I am so happy I was able to find this place and get my dog treatment. The secretaries, technician and Veterinarian made us all feel comfortable and were able to accommodate to our needs. The best part of our visit was that they were able to price match medicine found online. This saved me a lot of trouble, because some medication can be astounding in price and was unaffordable. Overall, I will continue to bring my pets here for their care.“

“They are great with our pit mix that gets a bit scared at the vet. We recently got our dog treatment for a skin allergy/irritation that was making her non-stop itchy and uncomfortable. The shot we brought her in for worked immediately and she’s no longer itching herself all the time and now she’s so much more relaxed and happier.“

“Called because my 6 week old kitten fell and hurt her leg. I called both locations and the one on baymedows told me the doctor would stay longer to wait for us to get there. I am so thankful for them. They seem to actually care.“

“This vet was very caring when we had to put my dog little guy down on 9/26 gave us time with him and to say good bye never rushed us. They handled everything with the cremation and getting him back was two weeks which is decent time. His box and card from the pet funeral home was very nice.“

“I had a bunny emergency since my two bunnies got into a fight and beat the other one up pretty badly. My primary vet was out and they had recommended Dr. Rossi. I called and they were able to get me scheduled same day. Although the office is 45 minutes from my house he’s the only other vet in the area to see bunnies. I arrived early and filled out paperwork. They were right on time for my appointment which I appreciated. The vet tech checked me in and Dr Rossi came to examine my bunny. He ended up needing stitches to close the wound above his eye and staples to close the hole in his lip. I also opted to have the bunny fixed since they are both male and that would help lessen any fighting. They took him back for surgery and I left and came back an hour and a half later and my bunny was good as new!! They explained aftercare with me and sent us home with meds and said to follow up in a week. Dr Rossi was very knowledgeable and kind. I’m so glad to have found him!“
