She takes extra time with everyone and truely cares about all the pets that walk in the door. They can ussually get you in the same day to be seen, and offer a free exam with coupon printed off thier website.“

“I am new to the area and needed to get a new vet that wasn't all the way on the west side of Jacksonville. I Googled and this was the 2nd vet that came up. The customer service rep that answered the phone talked to me for an hour walking me through each of my pets needs as they are all very different. We talked about Wellness Plans for each animal and set up the appointment. I even was able to move my appointment twice 4 days earlier than the original time. Everyone from the tecs to the vets I met each day have been more than accommodating and you can tell they really love the dogs. I would highly recommend taking your pets to this location.“
