If you ever get the terrible news I was given I wouldn't put my life in anyone else's hands other than Dr. Augsten at Baptist Beaches and Dr. Shugarman (who is now located at the Atrium in Neptune Beach). Dr. Dafazio and his nurse Nicolette are such a. Awesome team I can only be honest in stating I would never have made it through this nightmare without them!! The bedside manner, the honesty, and the care I was given was beyond remarkable. Hopefully when my 5 year remission date arrives I will be able to thank them once again ....even though "thank you" seems so little to how I truly feel about these people!

I seldom have a good experience when it comes to healthcare these days. However, i have nothing but absolutely glowing things to say about this team! Front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and patient. Dr. T is phenomenal and really takes the time to educate the patient on options of care and listen to their concerns. Lab was amazing and had a great personality during the blood draw. My results were prompt via quest and I got an immediate phone call regarding my results and updated treatment plan. Its the first time in a long time I feel confident returning for continued care! I appreciate the team accommodating my providers referral to this office to get care...read full review
