Shoutout to our local community heroes! I am very blessed to receive quality healthcare here at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. I had to take a pick a healthcare system to become a medical safety net for multi-faceted conditions. Mayo has everything in their wheelhouse. The patient portal makes everything visible to not only to all the medical staff but also the patient. I feel that I have a good view of my healthcare plan and that the answers manifest quickly as this well is a well oiled machine. There seems to be positive feeling of HOPE throughout the hospital and clinics. I love having my primary physician at the Mayo Clinic and all my specialists as well. They are very proactive about patient education and I appreciate that a lot. Example: Don't use "doctor Google" to try to make a sense of the uniqueness of your health or your loved ones health. Mayo is the "doctor's doctor". God bless these heroes!

I've been receiving care here for the past 5 years and recently found out I had lung cancer again. I came in on Wednesday for a lung ablation and was admitted due to a partial lung collapse.The hospital was completely full but I still received top notch care from all the drs and staff. Dr Richie my pulmonologist is such a smart caring amazing Dr he really is the best and took the best care of me. He was off for the weekend and still came in both Saturday and Sunday to check on me. I'm so thankful to receive care at the Mayo Clinic and would recommend them to everyone I know.

It boggles the mind to see low ratings on Yelp for the Mayo Clinic. The Mayo Clinic is regularly acknowledged as one of the best in the nation for several specialties. After tens of visits I can definitely attest to the outstanding care that you will receive at this facility. If you are fortunate enough to get in ....count your blessings....enjoy the high level of medical services, loyal caring staff and beautiful facilities.
