“I have used Finegan's for over 12 yrs, I have always found Mr. Finegan to be professional, courteous and above all works hard at solving all my problems. I have not had many problems with my AC unit in those 12yrs but when I do be it 7:30am or 7:30pm he quickly gets to it. He has shown me nothing but respect as a customer, has been extremity fair with his pricing and plus he has a great sense of humor. He just got done fixing a problem for me which took many hours. He and Lou Ann never stopped until they had it done all the while answering my numerous questions (I'm a nosy sort wanting to know what is that, where does this part go, etc.). He kept up his work, never taking a break, still making jokes. So all you haters out there toward Mr. Finegan, maybe you are the rude ones who he has to put up with when all he deserves is your respect for his skill in fixing your broken machines.
