From the moment you call or walk in and encounter Rachel (front desk) a soft-spoken, courteous, and extremely informative young lady, to the initial in-depth evaluation with Dr. Fernando which leaves you with all questions answered, a clear understanding of expectation vs. actual results. Let's get to the PTs Naine and Lorraine, these girls are just incredible. The dedication, support, and therapy they provide are unmatched. My husband managed to break not one, but four bones in his leg (one being his Fibula). This was in July and we are now in September, and he is walking with very little assistance of his cane. We never expected to have gotten so far in such little time. This we owe to everyone in Effective Physical Therapy. I walk around with their card in my purse in the event I come across someone who may need assistance.
