I had a serious back injury and was dealing with it over a year. I tried many different types of therapy, but nothing really helped on a long term. James' approach is unique and not comparable to any treatment I received before. He taught me to implement a healthy lifestyle on a regular base.Even he was not always on time, a wise man once said "Life happens" and he always compensated with additional therapy or life advise, which I really appreciate!Now my pain levels is way lower and my back will heal hopefully soon.
