He recommended I have the roof pressure cleaned and Roof-a-Cide applied and have a silicone coating applied to my flat deck. Everything was carefully explained to me. The job was scheduled quickly and went off without a hitch. Everyone I had contact with, from Mike, to the office people, to the men that did the work was outstanding.
