Pioneer roofing fixed my parents' roof on Miami Beach over 40 years ago. That is important because no other company could seem to get it right. Recently Pioneer Roofing installed a metal roof on my current home. Mr. Nolte gave me the estimate; was knowledgeable, pleasant, professonal and attentive to all of the details and my many requests. I elected to have the roof reinforced to meet the latest hurricane standards which I would recommend. My homeowners insurance company wanted to drop me for a few broken roof tiles. They only gave me a short notice to get this repaired. Pioneer Roofing came through in a pinch and completed the repairs on time for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and I will use them for all my roofing needs in the future.

I first called Pioneer to check on some questions about facia boards showing water damage. They told me it was not the roof, but the gutter. Other roof companies were ready to tear 3 rows of my tile roof off to fix this problem. I knew I had an honest roof company and was able to fix this problem ourselves with some calk. 1 year later, when my insurance required a roof inspection, I called Pioneer and Mike Saifman came to do the inspection. He did a great job and found some cracked tiles and a flat roof that was at the limit in age for insurance but no leaks. We used Pioneer to do the repairs and also got our flat roofs re-sealed which added several years life expectancy....read full review
