Post ventral hernia repair surgery my core muscle didn't contract properly.I had developed a weak belly and the feeling my muscles couldn't contain my organs like they used to do. It was very uncomfortable. I found this place looking to have guidance on rehabilitating those muscles and avoid making mistakes.Kerry is so knowledgeable, experienced, and I feel great after each session with her. The spends time explaining and cueing the exercises. I spend this past summer in Miami FL and had the privilege to take private lessons with Patti Kreiner at Archer Pilates Studio and loved every minute of it, She introduced me to the amazing MOTR machine and ever since I tried it I fell in love with it!! I am a Pilates Certified Instructor in San Diego CA and ever since I got back home I have been giving classes with the MOTR frequently and my clients are so happy with it….they now get to class and ask me to use it. It is such an original piece of equipment and the best is that you can do a full body workout, elevate the heart rate and feel so satisfied at the end of class!!!!!!

I was only in the Ft Lauderdale area for a couple of months and wanted to take some Pilates classes so I did some research and found Patti Kreiner here. Wow, I'm so grateful I did!! I learned a great deal in that short amount of time and the work we did together will really shape my workouts in the future. Knowing that I was only there for a short amount of time and that I travel a lot, she made these perfect classes for me to teach me exercises and show me tools I could use at home. Archer Pilates Studio is a boutique style Pilates studio in downtown Hollywood, Florida. We offer private and duet Pilates, CoreAlign and MOTR sessions by appointment. Online Pilates sessions are available via Zoom wherever you are! We are the only Comprehensive Balanced Body®️ Pilates Instructor Training Center in South Florida, and offer many CEC courses throughout the year for PMA®️ (NCPT) certified pilates instructors and FL licensed PTs and PTAs seeking to expand their knowledge of Pilates Instruction.
