“My home insurance company sent me a letter stating that they won’t be renewing my policy due to my roof. They gave me about 4 months notice. My root was just about to turn 20 years old, so I decided to get it replaced.

After getting a few quotes, Wayne’s Roofing won me over. Richard walked me through the entire process, even though they handled everything except for choosing the color. Their office is close by, but Richard drove to my work anytime we had to meet. It was very convenient for me.

The actual roofing work took about two days, not counting any wait time for city inspectors. At lunch time, I stopped by my house during the removal of the old roof. There were workers everywhere. There were shingles everywhere. By the time I got home just after 6pm, my entire yard was perfectly clean. No shingles. No nails. Nothing. If I didn’t show up mid-day, I wouldn’t have been sure that they actually started. That’s how clean it was.

Anyway, my roof turned out great. I sent all of the paperwork to my insurance company and my policy was renewed. Plus, Richard referred to me a wind mitigation inspector, at a very affordable price. He stopped by at precisely the time we agreed upon. Performed the inspection and sent me all of the documentation (that same day) needed to submit for further insurance discounts.

Thanks you Richard and the Wayne’s Roofing team. I know you gave me a 30 year roof. But, knowing insurance companies, I’ll probably see you next in 2044.“

“10/1/22Allen Andrews is a god send to me. In 2021 I was recomended to Allen from a home inspector who worked for an insurance company. I first used an inspector because I was getting a 3 different stories from 3 different roofers while looking to repair a leak in 2021. Mr. Allen came repaired it and he was extreemly professional, curteous and knowledgable honest and priced me very fairly. I felt a lot more secure with Mr. Allen due to a recomendation from an inspector who inspects for an insurance company. I never had a problem with my roof until.....9/29/22. HURRICANE IAN ! My roof was hit by a tree and the siding on my house came off. I was feeling a ton of anxiety because I thought everyone would be backed up, My job wanted me there, and I feared if I can't find Allen most compaies would take advantage by gouging me on price because a hurricane.On 9 /30/22 I e-mailed and called Allen and I got a call that same day with broken cell service. Allen and his son came out the next day and fixed my roof and put back my ORINGNAL siding ( matches the rest of the house) before I had to go to work. Again he was honest professional, knowledgable, and very pleasent to deal with and I was happy with the price. He was fair and didn't NOT take advantage of the fact I was in a jam.I highly recomend Allen Andrews if I can give him 10 stars I would. He is a great man, he cares about his work and clients. “We needed a reroof after Hurricane Ian. Certified may not have been the cheapest, but they were also not the most costly. I feel the price was more than fair for the work performed. They showed up as promised, cleaned up the work area well, and their work passed inspection without issue. They did not try to add on items and needed no owner supervision to do the contracted job in a quality manner. When a small issue with a vent arose months later, they resolved it quickly and at no cost to us. Roof looks great. I wish all our experiences with contractors and service providers were as positive as this one. I feel they know their craft and are an ethical business. That's pretty hard to find here.“
