Nathan sent updates throughout the day with pictures of the crew's progress. The reroof was completed on time in one day. Looks great. “I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I made an exception. I got three quotes from other roofers. All of them were pretty close in price, however Dans approach was much better. All the other roofers said they may have to charge more if they find bad wood or "other issues" once they got into the job. Something tells me they always find "other issues"... Dan said He would take care of "other issues" at no extra cost! Dan's quote and demeanor was better than the others anyway so I went with him. Dan and his crew (about 20 guys) came in early and were done by the afternoon. When they left you could not tell anyone had been there. They thoroughly went around the house with giant magnets. making sure no nails would be in the bushes or grass. These men are truly pros.I also had them put a roof on another house I own because the roof was 20 years old and even though it wasn't leaking I thought this would be a good time to do it.PS. Both house needed a few extras and one of them was not even part of our deal and Dan did them graciously. If you need a quote go ahead and get them but make sure you check with Dan at Flagler County Roofing. If you don't want to waste time just call Dan and you won't be disappointed.“
