Boy, was that a good decision! The workmanship, quality, and professionalism with Agua was heads and tails above what we think we might have received from other companies. They paid attention to detail of my pool enclosure install and most of all were very professional, polite , and respectful. They took very good care of my property and cleaned up after each day of the project. They also asked me each day if everything was to my liking. Jason the supervisor / design came by the site several times during the day to make sure everything was going right and asked if I was happy so far with the project. “Ours was not an easy job but Tim, the president of US Exteriors, did everything he could to satisfy us. Our original contract was signed with the General manager Andrew ***** who is no longer with the company. We signed in July 2021 but due to issues with the installation of hurricane windows they were unable to complete the job until February of 2022. During that time Andrew sent some workers to fix some necessary stucco work that was very substandard. I told Tim of this issue and he assured me that it would be done right and sent Luis, associated with US Exteriors for 12 years who is extremely talented and skilled. When our window issue reached a point where the house could be painted Tim immediately sent Luis, the head of one of his best teams. Through some additional negotiations dealing with the extent of the needed stucco work, I am happy to report that our home is beautifully repainted and ready for enjoyment for years to come. US Exteriors did everything they said they would. We are very pleased with their work.“

“Our high-rise condo was about 15 years old when we experienced some leakage from the windows that were originally put in the unit. Our unit is a corner unit on the ninth floor that had two large storefront windows and two smaller bedroom windows. It took a while to find DOVi because we live in Atlanta. However, they were very professional in their preparation of an estimate, and giving us insight into when the work could actually begin. Sherri was especially helpful as was Steven. The windows were custom built and took almost a year to be fabricated. The week of installation they arrived on time and did a wonderful job of keeping our unit clean. This is a very invasive process requiring one man on a crane outside the window and three gentleman inside the room to remove the window glass, frame and sills. They covered everything in our unit and constantly kept things tidy. They also provided cleaning free of charge for the day after to mop the floors and remove any dust that had accumulated on the countertops. Ray lead the group that included Austin Quinn and Shaun. They did a wonderful job . I hope you never need your windows replaced but if you do I can recommend them without hesitation.“

“Had such an excellent experience with Miller’s Screen! Cannot recommend them enough! Bowen is the one who came to give us our quote and was so detailed and kind throughout the entire process. The guys that came out to do the job were efficient and thorough. We had a couple small issues after the screened in area was complete and Bowen took care of us like we were family, and had his guys come out to fix them so quickly. They are family-owned and you can tell that they really care about their clients. Very grateful that out of all the quotes that I received that I went with them. Go with Miller’s.
