“Chris and team finished our whole house interior top to bottom remodel in November but I wanted to wait until we were living in the house for a few months to give the review. When we moved in it was perfect and now three months later it's even more perfect. Chris's motto should be - He stresses about every tiny detail so that his customers don't have to. It was an incredible experience working with Chris, Kelly and the team.Their perfection shows in EVERY detail - Down to the light switch outlet plates all have the screw heads pointing horizontally on EVERY switch and plug plate in the entire house. Chris is honest, kind, flexible and most importantly works with you to understand what works and doesn't work (like steering me away from the beautiful but poorly constructed shower system I saw online and instead Kelly found me one that was for sure better quality).As with any project things go sideways and that's really when you find out who your contractor is at their core. There was some thing we didn't like that the plumber did, and Chris was here within four hours of me bringing it up and it was changed immediately to our satisfaction. This team is rock solid.We never want to leave this house, but if we do, Chris will for sure be doing our next remodel. “I have not used this vendor, however our first contact with them, to install exterior and exterior doors, was denied because a permit was required. Second contact their price was prohibitive, double to triple all other quotes (however they didn't eyeball the scope of work it was over the phone). Even so they were not available until August.“
