Jeff, the owner of Pest Preppers, contacted us promptly to schedule service that day. Jeff arrived at the time we agreed upon and was very courteous. He began asking us some general questions about what we saw and location. As he went about his business, he provided us with info about the chemicals he was applying and any safety precautionaries we should be aware of.
