“Recently rented a condo, and when we moved in, we saw a cpl roaches the 1st night. The landlord said they would send over the bug service they utilize right away. Jeff, the owner of Pest Preppers, contacted us promptly to schedule service that day. Jeff arrived at the time we agreed upon and was very courteous. He began asking us some general questions about what we saw and location. As he went about his business, he provided us with info about the chemicals he was applying and any safety precautionaries we should be aware of. “Andrew did an incredible job removing a dead possum from one of the soffits. He made sure that there weren't any other wildlife stuck in that soffit. He showed my son and I areas where there were openings that other wildlife would be able to get into our roof and where rats have left behind droppings. Andrew made recommendations on how to plug holes so that more wildlife will not enter into the roof or other areas of the house. Thank you Andrew.“

We did our first treatment a week ago (instructions were super easy to follow) and we're definitely seeing a difference already!
