“So glad I called Air America to get a second opinion for my mother's air-conditioner.Another ac company that serviced her ac every 6 months told her she was 3lbs low of refrigerant and need a new unit for 13,000$.Ac was having no issues they were just doing 6 months check.Air America came out and checked unit and says it's fine and didn't need any refrigerant at all.it is 13 years and would need upgrade when it does break because it had older refrigerant that was being phased out. Spencer Jr gave my mother a quote for new unit about 4000$ cheaper than other company so when it does break we will definitely get him back out. Everyone is out to rip off old people but Air America is a honest company that doesn't try to sell you something u don't need just to make a buck.“

“Well folks, we have found the ultimate hvac company. I called and a human actually answered the phone, didn’t have to go through five prompts to get to an answering machine. Mr. Campana listened to my dilemma as he was going to another job. I sent his office my info, thinking hopefully someone will call me back in a day or two. Got the call within two hours that they could be out the next morning. His crew showed up a little early, got started replacing the ductwork on my house (not an easy task) and were finished before noon. They went above and beyond what needed to be done and are as professional as your gonna get.
