I received A quote from a larger company that initially told me it would be cheaper per square foot but when they came out they started trying to sell me on extras that ended up costing more than what Emerald Coast home services was quoting. So it’s nice to get the true price first and not have a salesman try to manipulate you on extras. It was a new home that we purchased and we thought the tile was tan and yellow but it’s all white now after Steve did a great job with the tile and grout highly recommend“
