Extremely professional and up front with the complete cost. I received A quote from a larger company that initially told me it would be cheaper per square foot but when they came out they started trying to sell me on extras that ended up costing more than what Emerald Coast home services was quoting. So it’s nice to get the true price first and not have a salesman try to manipulate you on extras. It was a new home that we purchased and we thought the tile was tan and yellow but it’s all white now after Steve did a great job with the tile and grout highly recommend

Steve is excellent and I highly recommend him. I have used his services two times and I will always call him from now on for my my carpet cleaning services. I have 4 dogs, 4 cats and 1 bunny, so our carpets get lots of random pet stains. I recently got a puppy and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before getting the puppy and he got me in the very next day. He called me back within MINUTES of my referral from Angies list. He is very polite, he arrives early or right on time and he works very quickly. My carpets are not overly wet when he leaves and ALL the pet stains are gone. His prices are so affordable. Did a great job cleaning our condo furniture after some sorry renters left stains. Easy to work with, very responsive and very reasonable rates. Steve knows his stuff. Highly recommend!
