My initial inquiry to get a quote was met with answers to all my questions, and a detailed quote with nothing hidden, very clear and to the point. Scheduling was easy and accommodating, and the installation was done on time, and very well done. Site was clean when they left, and was given the owners phone number incase I noticed anything after they had left. Overall a great experience.

One thing—you can’t depend on is getting the same stylist each time. Can be good. Can be bad, but I was happy with the stylist who trimmed my hair. Hopefully if the manager isn’t there, another proficient stylist will be there.

Dr Stone is fantastic. My 13 tr old little furball had a full ACL tear and most vets said she's too old and referred me out to AVS. AVS has students do the work... unfortunately, I know this from personal experience.
