I called RVail plumbing to my home due to a clogged toilet. I received excellent, prompt and courteous customer service!Although it was mid-afternoon, the company sent Matt out to resolve the problem. The office receptionist was very helpful and kept me updated on the arrival status. Matt unclogged the toilet and made sure that the toilet was working properly. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Matt provided outstanding repair and excellent customer service. Also, the pricing was fair.
