Their customer service, in person and over the phone, is well above average. Our Pyrenees is old and they are patient with her and give her breaks when grooming. They use our medicated ear cleaner and trim her nails, all those dew claws too! I love picking her up and seeing her hanging out with their office staff :) try their grooming service, you won’t be disappointed! Great prices too.

I’ve been taking my Rottie Diesel to Rowdy’s for the last two years. Whether it’s for boarding or day camp. He is always so excited to go. The pet resort is small just like we love it. The staff and location makes this the perfect pet resort

My dog loves coming to Rowdy's! I've been bringing Bennie here for boarding and daycare for a few years and once he realizes where we are, he's always excited to go in. They love dogs and I have no doubt they're taking great care of Bennie while he's there.They also have a bathing station that is VERY handy. For a very reasonable fee, you use their stuff (bathtub, drier, shampoo, towels, etc) to bathe your pet instead of destroying your own bathroom. Or you can schedule a spa day and they'll do it for you.
