If I could give this animal hospital 1000 star rating I would. I am beyond impressed and pleased with the service they have provided to my dog. My dog became sick and I was in need of a vet after relocating from NY. Big Bend Animal hospital was able to get my dog in for a same day appointment as a new patient and even called me to get him in sooner after reviewing the issue he was experiencing. Betty has been exceptional! They provided excellent care to him and continued to follow up with calls checking up on him. My chihuahua has been going here since he was a newborn, he is 8 yrs old. I have not had any problems with this vet. They also offer kennel services, we've used that service a few times when we had to go out if town.

The moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with a smile and after a few visits you feel like "NORM" from Cheers because the not only do they know your name but your dog right off the bat. The reception is very pleasant. Doctors are polite, informative, and professional. Brandy, the groomer, the best. I would highly recommend Big Bend Animal Hospital.
