“I’ve been receiving chiropractic adjustments for more than 30 years, and Dr. West is the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. He’s personable and kind, he treats the whole body’s chiropractic issues rather than focusing solely on the presenting symptom, and he really listens to your responses. His office is clean and cheerful, and always runs on time. I’m so grateful to have found them!“

“I was in a car accident, I’m 25 years old I’m a surgical tech, after my car accident I experienced a lot of neck shoulder and back pain, and headaches as well as tingling all the way down my leg. After seeing dr, Leone my symptoms have greatly improved. She is very nice and motivated to help you get better. My headaches have gone away, my neck shoulder and back feel considerably better since the first day I came to see her. She is great at what she does.“

He helped me by explaining what he was doing and how it would help alleviate my pain, and he also gave me follow up information for ways I can help myself in the future. “It was okay. The physical therapists were nice & did a great job with me, & I thank them for that. But I’ll never forget the introduction “interview”. It was a bad experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. (& I’m not talking about the ginger. I like ginger.) While I was waiting for the manager, or whoever is in charge, I pulled a ginger chew out of my purse & ate it. When the brunette walked in she said under her breath, “that’s a great way to start an interview.” First of all, am I applying for a job here, or am i paying you for the physical therapy?? I’m paying “you”, not the other way around. & my tummy hurt. That rude first impression made me not want to be there. & I ended up calling & making up some excuse to not have to finish out the last week or two. & to top it off, when I offered her a ginger chew, she made a look like she was disgusted, & said, “I HATE ginger.” Rude. A kind “no thank you” would have been more appropriate. But I’ll still give them 4 stars bc the physical therapy was consistent & the PTs were kind. I just couldn’t stand the manager, or whoever “interviewed” me, & thank God I don’t have to work for her, bc she’s not so nice.“
