“Just had Bounds install a new whole house Carrier heat pump. Finally gave up natural gas and went all electric. Kudos to Erik and entire office staff for making the purchase, scheduling and installation simple. Very informative and helpful. Technicians arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Rebuilt the existing plenum air returns for the new system, and worked closely with electricians for new wiring and panel. Erik answered all my questions in real time by email. Technician came back after system installed to check on electrician's work and make sure system operating properly. Totally outstanding. Feel very confident working with a company that will be there to support their products.“

“Rick always does a thorough job maintaining my AC unit. My only negative comment is they have a new computerized invoice system and it took nearly as long for him to complete that on his ipad as to do the service! I was waiting to take a shower, so that wait seemed very long. Plus with paper, I had a checklist of what he had done.“

A separate crew came out, evaluated her AC and got it up and running, which was very important for her because she works at the hospital and is a single mom. “Updated to 4 stars- after trouble with receiving maintenance the next day a gentleman from the management team reached out to make things right. He listened
intently to my concerns and put my mind at ease about receiving future service. I could see this becoming a five star review after another interaction with this company based on the care that the management team had for making things right with me. I feel that it is important to be transparent about what did happen with my initial experience below but want to reiterate that my perception of the company is much more positive after being contacted by Logan in management.

The problematic experience: The first tech was very professional and nice, yet did something that caused the AC unit to shut off for the rest of the day. He came back later that evening, and we hoped the issue was fixed but instead water started leaking inside because the condensation line was in some way blocked. The tech had not done anything to address that during his second visit. I had trouble getting a tech out in a timely manner to fix this due in part to the office staff. I followed up and a tech was sent to fully fix the problem. Later was contacted by management and reassured that this would be addressed and that the office staff would receive coaching.“
