We arrived home about 7:30 p.m. last night to find out our A/C wasn't working. We have a maintenance contract with Myakka H&C contacted them. Steve the owner called us back within minutes and said he would be right out, fixed the air conditionerand contacted us in the morning to make sure everything was still working Good. The owner came out today to check out and clean the A/C unit. I also had him address my concerns about how hot the rooms in the back of the Villa are. He adjusted all of the vents to redirect more airflow to the back bedroom and bathroom. Very personable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend doing business with this company.

I hired them to do a full system replacement. The workmanship was excellent and the pricing was highly affordable. They have always been responsive to our AC needs and do our annual maintenance on our schedule. I would recommend them to anyone who has AC questions.
