“With sever stress and anxiety I found myself just walking in. They were so accommodating, friendly and clean. Selena immediately knew my back and neck were hard as a rock. I had a 90min deep tissue with cupping and I am able to move my neck again! She was kind and checking in to make sure I was ok. “Booked a deep tissue massage for my husband’s birthday and said he had the BEST massage he ever had! He got home and he was raving about Tammy and how he loves her lol The thing is he is 6’4 and weighs 265lbs does a lot of working out, and we could never find someone to give him a good deep tissue massage. “While at a work conference, I decided to schedule a 60 minute massage for the end of my stay; definitely call prior to your arrival, as I was only able to get an appointment on the day of my check-out! That morning, I got a call and text message that my masseuse would be a bit late - I definitely appreciated the warning. Arriving at the lobby, which is located in the 3rd tower, there was no front desk person. It seems you sit there until they bring you back to the relaxation room. Both the relaxation room and the service room are converted hotel rooms - so they are spacious. However, the relaxation room is immediately by the hallway and you can very clearly hear loud guests walking by and housekeeping rolling carts back and forth; there was no music or sound machine to help soften the noise either. For the service room, they have light blocking shades, so it is appropriately dim - but it is also on the side where the hotel pool is, so you can hear the thumping of the music coming in a bit. I was given water and brought back by another staff member, which I appreciated. Ultimately, my masseuse was late by 13 mins and, by the time the room was set up, we started 30 minutes late. Thankfully, I had nothing going on later that day. Finally, when my service started my masseuse, Lizzie, was fantastic; she asked what she should concentrated on and actually listened to me; nor did she push enhancements on me that I didn't want. While the location of the spa is not ideal - my actual massage with Lizzie was definitely worth the wait. It was truly one of the best massages I've ever had. The table was comfortable and heated; calming music was played; she answered questions about what she was noticing in my muscles; and she used a variety of props to elevate the experience, like an eye mask, a heating pad, a neck pillow and more. If I could, I would give the spa itself three stars - but Lizzie would get an overwhelming 5 stars!“

“Liz is absolutely AMAZING! She was so kind and sweet during the entire massage. I went on October 1st for my birthday, I wanted to be relaxed and Liz checked all my boxes! Liz remember it was my birthday and it made me feel so great! I couldn’t have found a better place! The entire place in general was also so nice, the area was perfect and private! “I just moved to the area and needed a spray tan for an event this weekend. I was specifically looking for a spray tan that was done by a person and not a booth, so I was thrilled to find Ideliz O'Neill Spa so close to home! Ideliz is located inside Toni Michaels Salon, which is next door to Little Greek Restaurant. I was informed that Ideliz will be relocating to their own location in celebration pointe once the shopping center build out is complete (hopefully later this year 2021). The salon was clean and I was offered a hair net and a robe to enter the spray tan booth. The spray tan took less than 10 minutes and will take 8 hours to absorb fully before I am able to take a shower. The full tan will be seen in 48 hours, which will be about a shade darker than I am Post spray tan. I am happy to have a salon close by that offers in person spray tan services and more.“

“We have stayed at this location many times over the last 10 years. It never fails to be amazing. Everyone, from the restaurant and bar staff, to the front desk spa and valet , are on point. Professional, accommodating and eager to please. Just an example, I called ahead for a spa service on our last visit and couldn’t get a hold of the spa. Somehow, I got connected to the concierge. She not only listened to my request, gave me the normal spa hours to call and then followed up with a return call a half hour later to tell me that the spa had had to close early that day, for some particular reason and told me there was availability for the service and day I was inquiring about and gave me a time to call back the next day to book it. We LOVE this location and can’t wait for a return trip.“

“Comprehensive fitness center. Good size. Several treadmills and ellipticals, one rowing machine. Two cycle bikes and one traditional bike machine. Very small stretch zone (mirror and bar). Chest press machine, lat pulldown machine. One multi plate machine with small weights, dumbbells go to 50 lbs. One set of kettle bells and a few medicine balls. Shares lockers and showers with the attached spa. Wifi and TV's and has unobtrusive music. Lots of towels and wipes along with water fountain. Well appointed for being a "hotel gym".“
