Yesterday (a Saturday) afternoon My a/c stopped working. We called and spoke to the after hours call center. I had a call back within 30 minutes and Brad was at my house within an hour of that. Luckily it was a minor thermostat issue and an easy fix. Brad was professional and helpful we will for sure use Four seasons again if needed!
