“We have had our beach front condo completely redone by FFI after Hurricane Ian hit. FFI couldn´t start before white box had been finished. So they first had to fix problems that the white box contractor left.

The road sometimes was bumpy and there were some issues but they fixed everything and in the end we always found fair solutions and now can be very satisfied with the results. FFI have stayed as partners even in pretty complicated times whereas contractors in other projects have left the owners alone. The quality of the final results of their work is very good. Their subcontractors involved were very motivated and overall always interested in delivering great workmanship.

After finishing the project they provided us with a binder that contains all of the products we selected and the suppliers.

We certainly would choose FFI as contractors for another renovation project again.“

“It is so important to do your homework and to ask questions, because there are times when asking too many questions, leads to the perfect relationship. I drilled Tanda at Tri Town before beginning my project and had many complexities involved in my build. I wanted to use fiberglass rebar, pre-cast concrete, intumescent paint, hidden stairwell, and some very unique features in my project and knew that not just any builder could execute these things. Can I just say, “WOW”! She has a way of truly connecting and understanding a person. I’ve now witnessed this multiple times between Tanda and others that I have sent her way, and seen her with the team. She was able to guide me both creatively and knowledgeably throughout the entire process. She introduced to us to her team during the process and again, lead with ease and the whole team was incredible to work with. They definitely aren’t the most expensive around by a long shot but instead pricing was based on my needs and wants, not a one size fits all square foot deal, leaving a lot of unknowns later to deal with. Again, knowledge is powerful stuff and I gained a ton thanks to them.“

We needed some tile replaced in our mother’s bathroom and we were skeptical at first using a company we were not familiar with at the time.
