“The care my dog received was top notch.  From the moment we walked in, so scared and so unsure of what to do,  we were seen by vet techs,  and an emergency doctor and consulted with a surgeon.  We were given all the information with which to make an educated decision and we were confident that our baby was in good hands.  They did all the labs and presurgical evaluations to ensure she was a good surgical candidate.  She had a successful surgery with no complications.  When I called during her post-op stay someone always got on the phone and updated me on her condition. When I brought her home and had a question on her at home care,  they answered me immediately.  Everyone had a happy demeanor, were personable and professional. I could not be happier to have found such a wonderful facility. I will gladly recommend to friends.“

Dr Rohlk got my very wiggly dog to sit still for her vaccinations and she didn’t even flinch!! You can tell they genuinely care for your pets health and not just in it for the money. Maryanne explained some very important details to us that no other vet has ever taken their time to do including giving us a list of what’s best for both my cat and dog food, bowl and treat wise. Dr. Clements, Dr. Allen, Valeri, Kristin and Kaitlin were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! I highly recommend this place. They were honest and saved us a lot of money by doing what was needed to be done and not doing unnecessary things that would cost us more…. Sasha is my 13 year old daughters puppy and she and I are SO grateful for the amazing care and love that they showed us. After we left, Valeri texted me with her personal phone number and told me to text her with any concerns or questions. She has texted several times to check on our puppy and has answered every single text that I’ve sent to her. There’s not enough stars to push for our gratefulness…..“

“The staff is great and very loving with my pets. The vets take good care at attending to their medical needs. However, I feel they are a bit pricey. They use to charge $25.00 for fecal exams. Now they charge about double that amount and they have raised prices in other areas as well.“

“Dr. Ratajski and the team at Cypress Lakes helped my elderly cat, Ophelia, last year when she got ill. They took the time to explain her illness and how they could treat it. She got better and lived another 11 months when she fell ill again. This time, we made the decision to end her suffering. Dr. Ratajski was so kind throughout the process and took such great care of our family. I really can't recommend them enough.“

“Even though it was our first time there, the entire staff made my cat Cinders feel at ease. Their attentiveness, care, compassion and knowledge made me and my husband feel at ease too. Thanks to all the staff, my (almost) 18 year old cat is doing so much better.“

“I've been taking my dogs to them since 2016. They've treated 4 of my dogs and 1 random rescue. 3 of mine have passed but Dr. Scott handled them with such care even in the end. He came to our house for the ones we were ready for. 1 of them got sick out of nowhere and passed within a week. They kept her for a few days and kept me updated constantly. They even updated me at night when I was so scared to leave her. The staff even let me stay after hours to say goodbye to her cuz they truly care and saw what a hard time I was having.
They've never tried to upsell me on anything. We've loved them so much we followed them to the new location. I'm possibly moving soon and I don't know what I'm gonna do without them.“
